A good website is not a digital brochure. It is the first contact with your business, often before you have spoken to someone.
People want to understand what you offer, who it is for and what they should do next. When those three things are clear, a website does not need to be loud.
Good writing helps, and so does good structure. Fewer menu items, fewer empty phrases and one clear way to get in touch are usually a good start.
